Subject of Part 58
This part provides answers to requests for information on stroke and how to avoid post-traumatic consequences.

1. Blood pressure monitor to know the causes of strokes
Cerebral hemorrhage from ruptured vessels is related to hypertension.  Heart attack is related to high fat, sugar, and lack of physical activity.

The use of a blood pressure monitor allows QiQongTherapy to differentiate between two situations :
1. Cerebral hemorrhage with rigid paralysis is due to arterial hypertension, the systolic pressure would be 180 to 220 mmHg. A systolic over 240 mmHg would be fatal.

2. Heart attack is due to the lipids in the blood, the increase of bad cholesterol, the excess of sugar transformed into fat, depositing in the heart, the fattening of the liver. The diastolic pressure would be 100 to 120 mmHg. Diastolic over 140 mmHg would cause the heart to burst.

III. Disorders after heart attack
1. According to Langhorne P and colleagues, follow-up on 311 subjects after heart attack :
1. Fall due to lack of blood to the brain 9%
2. Convulsion 3%
3. Urinary tract infection 24%
4. Lungs inflammation 22%
5. Paralysis, loss of autonomy 25%

18. Disorders of the arteries 75.9%, arterioles 38.8%

IV. Precursor signs of heart attacks according to QiQongTherapy
Haemorrhages and heart attacks by excess, are related to high blood pressure (systolic), high lipid content, high diastolic pressure, leading to rigid paralysis of the limbs, jaw ... these cases are less frequent because Western Medicine has been able to prevent them well.

Heart attacks by insufficiency, leading to flaccid paralysis of the limbs, without strength, loss of mobility...are due to low glycemia, low blood pressure, low pulse...resulting from the use of anti diabetics, anti anti hypertensive drugs, diets eliminating sugar, fat...resulting in low blood pressure, lack of energy, blood, sugar...Western Medicine pays little attention to these cases, two situations may arise:
1 To avoid a relapse, despite low blood pressure and blood sugar levels, doctors suggest lifetime medication for diabetes and hypertension.
2 No doctor thinks to deviate from the common and standard practice of the society, influenced by the scientific and industrial magnates...It is low blood pressure and low blood sugar levels that cause heart attacks due to insufficiency, leading to silent deaths during sleep.

1. Stroke and heart attack warning signs according to QiQongTherapy
The following 2 cases are due to low energy, low blood pressure and low blood sugar levels.

1. Low blood sugar at bedtime, high blood sugar at wake up the following day

1. There is no hypertension or diabetes. At bedtime 100 mmHg/60 mmHg/60 bpm, blood glucose 100 mg/dL. The next morning, blood glucose 130 mg/dL The heart (36 g) and the nervous system (144 g) need a total of 180 g of glucose per day, the essential blood glucose level for the heart is 100 to 140 mg/dL. To maintain these functions, the body had to draw glucose from muscles, bones...which caused the blood sugar level to rise in the early morning. This explains why blood glucose levels are normally always low, becoming high in the morning. Without glucose replenishment, this long-term situation will deplete all the sugar in the body, resulting in weight loss, memory loss...Lack of blood supply to the brain collapses the vessels, creating occlusions leading to limb flaccidity, mouth deviation...or silent death during sleep due to cardiac arrest from lack of glucose. There are no statistics on deaths related to glucose deficiency

Treatment: Increase blood volume and glucose content by eating beef soup (Phỡ), drink a lot of sugar cane juice, which contains VitB12, protein, from 1 to 1.5 Litre/ day. Lack of glucose causes facial paralysis, mouth deviation, difficulty in speaking...Drink sugar cane juice, massage the face, the area adjacent to the mouth, the throat...to relieve paralysis and restore speech. Practise the exercise Roll on yourself slowly to evenly distribute energy and blood circulation to the whole body, from the head to the body, to the limbs restoring life to cells that have been lacking blood and glucose for a long time, strength to the limbs, redoing a solid gait… thus also preventing cysts or brain cancer.

2. Low blood glucose 100mg/dL, low pulsation<65 bpm, high right diastolic pressure of 100-120 mmHg.
Low blood sugar gives cold to the body, low pulsation means the blood circulation is slowed down, predisposing to the densification of fats in the blood causing obstructions of coronary circulation of the heart, accompanied by high diastolic pressure to the right arm 100-120 mmHg. This case results in intermittent pain or spikes in the heart, a precursor sign of a heart attack

Treatment: Drink 4 teaspoons of glucose in a glass of lukewarm water, then exercise. Life-saving cough: cough strongly 5 coughs consecutively, repeat 3 times, a total of 15 coughs, to dislodge the obstruction and increase the strength of systolic blood pressure. Lie down with a blanket on you to keep body warm, remeasure the diastolic pressure on the right, the value of 70-90 mmHg means that there is no danger of a heart attack.

To prevent a relapse, make sure the pulse is always around 70-80 bpm, blood glucose after meals is 100-140 mg/dL, and hand temperature is 36oC and above.

3. Indigestion and low glycemia after the evening meal, high glycemia 150-220 mg/dL the next morning
This case is common in people with sugar-free diets. These people often have after meal, drowsiness, gas, oesophageal reflux. Undigested food in the stomach, due to a lack of glucose, causes the tension in the left arm to rise. Sweet liquids from food remain at the bottom of the stomach all night, due to the horizontal position of the person. When the person wakes up in the morning, the person's upright position will pour the sweet liquid into the intestine, causing the morning blood glucose level to suddenly rise to 150-220 mg/dL. In this case, after getting up, practice exercises to digest food, the blood pressure on the left and blood glucose levels will drop to normal values, the blood pressure on the left would be lower than on the right. At this time you can continue to eat your meals. If the blood pressure on the left side remains high and you continue to eat, in the long run, there would be disruption of digestion, blood pressure, blood sugar levels...leading to neck cysts, oesophageal reflux, stomach ulcers, stomach cancer and stroke.

Arteriosclerosis of the coronary arteries is due to the high blood lipid content, high blood sugar, high systolic pressure of 180-200 mmHg, if it is less than 160 mmHg, there would be no stroke. If the diastolic is 100-140 mmHg, it is a sign of heart attack, with arteriosclerosis of coronary vessels. If the blood sugar is high, there would be obesity.

A systolic of less than 140 mmHg would not cause a stroke, a diastolic of 100-120 mmHg indicates high blood fat content, a pulse of less than 65 bpm indicates low body temperature, densification of fats in the blood, lack of blood in the heart, high blood sugar of 200-400 mgdL means the anti diabetic took sugar from the brain, bones...body. High blood sugar is due to non-functional sugar, it is the apparent blood sugar. It is enough to drink cane sugar, which is a functional sugar, after a meal to lower the apparent glycemia, 4 teaspoons of cane sugar in a glass of lukewarm water. If a person has a low body temperature, a low pulse, but a high blood sugar level, then it is due to the non-functional sugar, referred to as Yin sugar by QiQongTherapy. Glucose is a functional sugar, because it provides heat, energy and raises the heartbeat, is referred to as Yang sugar. That is why by taking glucose (sugar +), the high blood sugar level of non-functional sugar (sugar -) will decrease. The glucometer measures the sugar content, but not the nature of the sugar. The more insulin is used, the higher the apparent blood sugar will be, the more sugar the body loses, leading to strokes, heart attacks, cancers.

2. Other cases encountered

1. Stroke by insufficiency, lack of blood, lack of glucose to feed the brain, will give flaccid paralysis of limbs without strength, when systolic pressure drops below 100 mmHg.

2. Heart attack by insufficiency, lack of blood to feed the heart, will also give flaccid paralysis of the limbs, when the diastolic drops below 60 mmHg. At a diastolic below 50 mmHg, the heart could stop beating.

3. Heart attack due to the use of anti-diabetic drugs that lower the blood sugar below 60 mg/dL and the pulse below 55 bpm, there would be dizziness, vertigo and falling down.

4. Heart attack occurring in people who do not consume sugar at all, to avoid diabetes. The % of strokes is higher in this population than in the population that regularly uses antihypertensive and antidiabetic drugs.

1. Prevention through the use of a blood pressure monitor, glucometer and thermometer
The right way is to interpret the values of the blood pressure monitor, blood glucose monitor and thermometer according to the references of Experimental Research Medicine.

The practice of medicine, concerning diabetes, only creates other diseases requiring the use of more and more drugs in variety and number, lowering the blood glucose reference to 6 mmol/L or 108 mg/dL.

1. Causes of heart failure and heart attack, relapses
It is the drugs to lower blood sugar and pulse that lead to strokes due to insufficiency, this situation is still unknown by the population. Low blood sugar of 95-108 mg/dL will make the blood cold, facilitating the densification of fats in the blood, obstructing the blood circulation already slowed by the low pulse of 56-60 bpm, giving numbness and pain to the body. Taking regular measurements of the blood pressure monitor, blood glucose monitor, and thermometer will help to detect these deficiencies in time and to remedy them. Waiting for routine medical visits may be too late.

2. Stop brain irrigation, causes stroke and relapses
A diastolic pressure lower than 60 mmHg, a blood sugar lower than 4.5-5.5 mmol/L, a pulse lower than 60 bpm, a temperature lower than 33oC, these values indicate a lack of blood to the heart, cold to the body, blood circulation is slowed down, promoting the formation of clots obstructing the irrigation of the brain, causing dizziness with falling to the ground followed by coma.

3. Nocturnal heart attack at blood glucose 4-5 mmoL/L or 72-90 mg/dL
Lack of sugar at bedtime could lead to fatal sleep. Ensure that blood glucose before bedtime is 140-150 mg/dL or 7.8-8.3 mmoL/L to maintain heart, brain and nervous system function. A morning blood glucose level of 100 mg/dL or 5.6 mmol/L would be safe to prevent heart attack or relapse. Using a blood glucose meter allows you to know your blood glucose levels at bedtime and when you get up the next day. The tensiometer provides information on blood pressure at bedtime and in the morning.

4. Trembling hands, mild seizure at low blood glucose 4-5 mmol/L or 72-90 mg/dL. Research in medical science has found that the heart requires 36 g of glucose/day and the nervous system requires 144 g of glucose/day, a total of at least 180 g of glucose per day. The medical practice, not considering these references, but moreover suggests the abolition of sugar. Lack of glucose causes dizziness, glare, trembling hands, limbs without strength, anxiety, decreased heartbeat, cold sweating... Taking 4 teaspoons of glucose in a glass of warm water will dissipate these signs. By placing the hands on a support such as a table, there is no more trembling, it is not Parkinson's. Even Parkinson's disease will disappear after taking glucose and practice Clap the hands in 4-steps and Arm rotation as in the attached video.

5. Sleepiness during the day, insomnia at night, following low blood sugar 5-6 mmol/L
The blood glucose level required for the functioning of the cardiovascular system is 100-140 mg/dL and for the motor nervous system is 140-180 mg/dL. A blood glucose level of 200-300 mg/dL is desirable before any strenuous physical activity with sweating, because blood glucose levels will drop to within the safe range of 120-130 mg/dL after exercise.

A permanent blood glucose level of 5-6 mmoL/L or 90-108 mg/dL will result in drowsiness, yawning, and lack of strength to work during the day. During the night, the nervous system has to draw sugar from the body to maintain its functioning, giving difficulty sleeping, insomnia, night sweating, frequent night-time urination, heart failure, depression, lack of appetite...According to Western Medicine, these people do not suffer from any detectable disease, neither tension nor diabetes. The only thing that nobody can, and does not want to know, is the lack of glucose. Just take 4 teaspoons of glucose, or cane sugar, in a little water before going to sleep, all these signs will disappear. Vary the amount of glucose according to the situation of each case. Lesser than 4 teaspoons of glucose, could give an interrupted sleep, sign of lack of glucose.
