IMPORTANCE OF SUGAR IN AVOIDING PREMATURE AGEING
(PART 55)
I. Ageing
Ageing is the normal course of the physical body from birth to death.
All humans go through 4 stages in life
1. Growth: stage where the human being has a lot of energy to develop
2. Decline: stage when the strength begins to drop
3. Illness: result of energy imbalance
4. Death: dissolution of energy

A normal period of life is 80 to 100 years. There is premature ageing and premature death, if the person dies before age 60 or just after age 60.

II. Lack of sugar leads to premature ageing
The human body is composed of 10 to 40 trillion cells. Each cell has the ability to reproduce itself. There are about 220 different types of cells or tissues, each type has a different genetic code, or DNA (DesoxyriboNucleic Acid). The different genetic codes control the functioning and duplication of cells, to produce different cells or tissue lines.

The cell is delimited by a glycolipid cell membrane. The body of the cell is called the cytoplasm, in which there are different cytoplasmic inclusions, the nucleus of which contains DNA, mitochondria, the Golgi apparatus, the endoplasmic reticulum, ribosomes, vacuoles, lysosomes, electrolytes...all of which are used to ensure the functions (absorption-degradation-transformation-synthesis) and the cellular duplication. The cell divides in two to multiply, and thus form specific tissues, distinct organs such as the heart, liver, stomach...

Catabolism is the degradation of organic matter in the diet into ATP (Adenosine TriPhosphate), it is the source of energy reserve for the cell.

Anabolism is the use of energy from ATP for cellular needs.

Glycolysis is the degradation of glucose into ATP and Pyruvate (1 glucose gives 2 final ATPs/ 4 ATPs are formed, but 2 ATPs are reused to activate the process).

Pyruvate is necessary for the Krebs cycle or citric acid or TriCarboxylic Acid (TCA) cycle to convert glucose into water, carbon dioxide (CO2) and energy for the cell as ATP.

All these processes need glucose. Lack of glucose leads to disturbances in cellular functions which in turn leading to the phenomenon of premature ageing. Theoretically a person of 1.60 metres should weigh 55 to 60 kg. An obese person has an excess of sugar, and a lean person a lack of sugar.

The amount of glucose necessary for the body to function properly is :
Before meals: 100-140 mg/dL or 6-8 mmol/L
After meal: 140-200 mg/dL or 8-11mmol/L

III. Signs of premature ageing
The visible signs are: pigmentation spots, wrinkles of the skin, white hair. The less obvious signs are: loose teeth, sunken cheeks, weight loss, hunched back, joint degeneration, memory loss, decreased vision, hand trembling, uncontrolled salivation, hoarse breathing, spontaneous oozing of liquid waste...The older you are, the worse your digestion is, the more you need help to come and sit down...there is also deformation of the body, deafness, blindness.

If these signs appear before the age of 60, it is premature ageing; after 70, it is slow ageing; and after 80, it is normal ageing.

Periods of aging according to western medicine
- 20 years: decrease in the skin's protective power, decrease in collagen production
- 25-30 years: visible signs of aging of the skin, muscles tend to store fat and loose volume
- 35-40 years: hair loss predominates the regrowth, decreased fertility, at 40 years loss of muscle mass is 0.5-2% annually, decreased mammal size, breast ptosis, decreased vision
- 50 years old and over: aging of the kidneys, enlargement of the prostate gland in men making urination difficult, decreased sense of smell, decreased intestinal flora.

Premature ageing is due to a decrease in the body's functions, blood circulation, lymphatic system, and this, during youth, altering the composition of the skin and underlying vessels. There would be a gradual accumulation of waste products in the body.

IV. Ageing of each organ
1. Slow energy transformation
The lack of glucose does not allow the cell to perform an appropriate energy transformation. Energy conversion is the process by which the cell transforms ingested food into the nutrients and energy (ATP) needed for the cell to function. Lack of glucose leads to diseases of the heart, liver, spleen...it is these diseased organs that cause premature ageing, not the consumption of glucose that leads to premature ageing. Alcohol and tobacco slow down energy conversion, also leading to premature ageing. Consuming glucose and practicing QiQongTherapy exercises allow the rapid metabolism of excess sugar, fat, free radicals and lipids to maintain the protective function of the skin.

2. Signs of organ aging
Under 60 years of age: rapid weight loss of 10 to 20 kg means ageing of the internal organs, predisposing to cancer.
Muscle melting, hollowed cheeks, indigestion, lack of appetite, uncontrolled salivation...this is the cellular ageing of the spleen-pancreas and the stomach.
Wrinkles and dryness of the skin, hoarse breathing...this is the ageing of the cells in the lungs.
Premature white hair, dryness of the teeth, the bones, hunched back, degeneration of the spine, frequent night-time urination, hearing memory loss, swelling of the prostate gland...this is the ageing of the kidneys.
Dryness of the nails, blurred vision, pigmentation spots on the skin, retraction of the tendons, dark colour in the body, trembling of the neck and limbs when walking...this is ageing of the liver.
Appearance of blue veins, slow pulsation, cold to the body...it is the ageing of the heart.
Oozing out of liquid waste...this is the ageing of the elimination function.

Western medicine notes aging only in the skin and blood, by the nature and quality of the cells.
Glucose+Lipid+Protein are involved in the formation of collagen and elastin to protect the skin and internal organs.

Glucose+Lipid = Glycolipid which is involved in the formation of cell membrane cellulose.

Four important ingredients for cell function are: glucose-protein-fat and oxygen. The body has 10 to 40 trillion cells, so we really need a lot of glucose to ensure and maintain all cells function properly.

V. Signs of glucose deficiency
Apparently, an obese person has too much sugar, and a skinny person has too little sugar. The socio-medical context has created sugar phobia since the appearance of glucose meters, new drugs, the lowering of the blood sugar reference, the manufacture of viruses and vaccines...leading to the appearance of illnesses that are difficult to treat, changes in diet. Lack of glucose leads to premature ageing which in turn requires the use of more and more varied medications. Why use a variety of drugs to treat a variety of diseases caused by a single glucose deficiency?.

Without glucose, the stomach cannot digest and transform food into Energy and Blood, all the cells will be malnourished, leading to a weakening of the immune system, a slowing down of the energy transformation, thus premature ageing.
Only glucose, a functional sugar, can participate in the following synthesis:
Glucose+protein = glycoprotein enters into the formation of Blood
Glucose+lipid= glycolipid is involved in the formation of the cell membrane
Glycoprotein+ glycolipid are involved in antibody formation

The other sugars are not functional, and only raise blood sugar levels, without being very effective in transforming food into Energy and Blood for the cells. Malnourished cells weaken, malfunction and induce premature ageing.

VI. Difference between a functional and non-functional sugar
Functional sugar is the sugar that makes the following signs disappear: tiredness, dizziness, trembling and cold in the limbs, sweating, tiredness in the heart, it is glucose or cane sugar. Drinking a glass of lukewarm water with 4 teaspoons of cane sugar, will dissipate the above signs, in addition, will raise systolic-diastolic tension, heartbeat and warm the body.

Any sugar that does not dissipate the above signs is called an non-functional sugar, which could be found in the following beverages:
- Glass of squeezed fruit and vegetable juice
- Glass of water with honey
- Glass of sugar cane juice
- Glass of Coke or Pepsi

According to the cycle of Generation of the 5 Elements in Oriental Medicine:
The Fire of the heart must be strong to pump the blood that irrigates the whole body and to nourish the Earth (stomach-spleen):the stomach will digest well and transform the food into energy and blood to nourish the Metal (lungs-large intestine); the lungs will reoxygenate the blood well, the large intestine will eliminate the wastes from the organism well. The lungs will feed the Water: kidneys well; the kidneys will filter the fluids and blood well. Blood filtered is sent to the Wood : liver which will transmit it to the heart, to start another 24-hour cycle.

Glucose is therefore essential to ensure the functioning of the cycles.

VII. Daily amount of glucose
According to the American Association of Cardiology (AAC)
Child: 3-4 teaspoons of glucose
Female adult: 5-6 teaspoons of glucose
Male adult: 8-9 teaspoons of glucose

This is the amount required only for proper heart function, this amount is equivalent to the pre-meal blood glucose 100-140 mg/dL or 6-8 mmol/L. Post-meal blood glucose is 140-200 mg/dL or 8-11 mmol/L. If after a meal, blood glucose does not rise above 140 mg/dL or 8 mmol/L, in the long term, indigestion, increased blood pressure and esophageal reflux, vomiting, etc. would occur because the stomach would not have enough glucose to complete digestion.

The following are the resulting signs of a hypoglycemic state, blood glucose levels below 104 mg/dL or 6.2 mmol/L:
Cervical spine degeneration, spinal deviation, herniated disc, stiffness, pain and numbness in the neck and shoulders, pain in the knees and heel limbs, difficult gait, Parkinson's, sciatica, gout, cholesterol, memory loss, intestinal paralysis, headache, migraine, allergy, kidney failure requiring 3 kidney filtrations per week, dizziness, asthma and chronic cough, difficulty breathing, indigestion, gas reflux, esophageal reflux, neck cysts, stools containing undigested food, insomnia, stomach cancer, emotional problems, heart fatigue, pain and stiffness throughout the body, staggering gait, frequent urination, vestibular disorder, nervous system disorder, fatigue, abdominal swelling, pale complexion, neck stiffness preventing rotation, head flexion and extension, depression, lifeless look, tinnitus, drooping eyelids, glare, easily possessed by spirits, mouth deviation, momentary blurring of vision, ovarian cysts, breast cancer of the uterus, hepatitis, gradual blindness, kidney failure grade 2, flaccid paralysis of the limbs by low blood pressure and hypoglycemia (different from rigid paralysis by high blood pressure, with stroke), osteoporosis, epilepsy, easy fall with bone fracture, pain in the sole of the foot when walking. The sudden drop in blood sugar levels causes dizziness, chills, sweating...similar to the signs of an attack by the Perverse Wind. Glucose should be given to drink immediately and not treated for Perverse Wind attack, which could be fatal.

To stay alive and healthy, consume glucose, maintain safe blood sugar levels and practice QiQongTherapy exercises, these signs will dissipate without medication.

VIII. Cases of high blood glucose
Formula to prevent aging:
Every day, drink 6 to 9 teaspoons of cane sugar and practice QiQongTherapy exercises to transform sugar into Energy.

1. High blood glucose due to functional sugar
Blood glucose is always high 200 mg/dL or 11 mmol/L, pulse is greater than 90 beats per minute (bpm), forehead and hand temperature is 37 to 38oC.

Treatment: Practice "Roll on" for 10 minutes, "Melt abdominal fat" 100 times, "clap hands in 4 steps " 200 times.

Roll on improves energy and blood circulation, lowers blood sugar and tinnitus, improves vision, eliminates fatigue and pain.

2. High blood glucose due to non-functional sugar
Blood glucose is always high 200 to 500 mg/dL or 11.1 to 27.8 mmol/L, pulse is low 60 to 65 bpm, temperature is Lo or below 32oC, cold hands and feet

In cases of high blood sugar and high blood pressure above 140 mmHg, drink a can of Pepsi (regular, not diet) and then exercise to lower blood sugar and blood pressure for 30 minutes. Blood glucose will drop an average of 100 mg/dL or 5 mmol/L after 20 minutes of practice.

IX. Tensiometer, glucometer and thermometer to predict ageing
According to QiQongTherapy, a branch of Complementary Medicine, the blood pressure monitor provides information on the 3 basic factors: Alimentation-Energy-Mental.
,
Measuring the tension in both arms before, and 30 minutes after a meal indicates whether the energy conversion is good or not. Diastolic blood pressure represents the diet indicates whether the food is nutritious or not. Systolic pressure represents Energy indicates the increase or decrease in the amount of oxygen. Pulse represents the Mental which indicates the mental state.

If the 3 values are gradually decreasing, it means that the diet is not appropriate, the person does not exercise, and has a tendency to depression. Cellular functions decrease giving weight loss, insomnia.

Alimentation
Too much caffeine, sugar, starches, spices...could lead to acne, allergies, skin wrinkles.

Lack of collagen, elastin and prolonged exposure to IR (Infra Red) and UV (Ultra Violet) of sun rays leads to darkening, drying, wrinkling and loss of elasticity of the skin.

Collagen is a protein containing amino acids such as arginin, glutamin prolin ... It ensures the elasticity of tissues, and is found in animal meat.

Arginin ensures the good condition of the cardiovascular system, intervenes in breathing, thermoregulation, immune system... The absence of arginine could give the following situations: headache, vertigo, insomnia, poor quality of sleep, pain or stiffness in the neck and shoulders, arteriosclerosis, hypertension, kidney failure, fragility to attacks by pathogens.

Glutamin helps to reduce worries, tension, sleep disturbances, loss of energy and concentration. According to the "American Journal of Clinical Nutrition", glutamine increases growth hormone, improves mental health and helps to repair wounds.

Prolin helps to maintain the good condition and fluidity of the blood vessels.

Glycin is involved in the production of creatine for proper muscle function and maintaining the functional state of DNA

Lack of lipid reduces energy intake, affects thermoregulation...induces premature ageing.

2. Energy
Lack of exercise atrophies the muscles which gradually lose their strength and no longer help to advance the blood circulation to have a good blood reoxygenation, easily leading to the dilation of the veins of the lower limbs. Exchanges will be disrupted, therefore less assimilation of nutrients and less elimination of waste products. The skin will have more wrinkles and its colour will darken over time.

Important exercises for:
1. Improving energy and blood circulation and the functioning of the nervous system in the head:
Exercise: 7 friction movements at the head

2. Improve energy and blood circulation throughout the body, improve digestion and food processing:
Exercise: Lie on your back, bring your knees to your chest while blowwing
3. Increase heart strength and oxygen uptake:
Exercise: Clap hands in 4 steps, 300 times
4. Lower blood glucose and maintain the proper functioning of the spinal nervous system of the spine:
Exercise: Roll on for 5 to 10 minutes.

5. Increase blood pressure:
Exercise: Raise the knees to the chest while clapping hands in the air for 10 to 15 minutes

6. Lower blood pressure:
Exercise: Go up and down the stairs of 1 step for 30 minutes.

7. Lower blood glucose, reduce overweight, melt abdominal fat:
Exercise: Melt abdominal fat 100 times.

3. Mental
Cell regeneration occurs during sleep. Lack of sleep affects proper cell regeneration, especially in the skin.

Stress, permanent emotional tension, or tense conditions at work... induce premature ageing.

Abundant blinks of eyes or broad smiles also facilitate, but to a lesser degree, the appearance of wrinkles in the eyes and mouth.
