Verification of an effectiveness or mistake of a treatment via blood pressure monitor (Part 2)

A. Meaning of the 3 numbers from the blood pressure monitor according to QiQongTherapy
The blood pressure monitor provides three (3) numbers which are interpreted by the QiQongTherapy as follows:

1. Systolic pressure represents the Energy : indicates the vital energy of the body, the strength of the propulsion of the blood circulation, the oxygene content in the blood, as well as in all the cells of the body.

2. Diastolic pressure represents the Alimentation: indicates all body fluids: blood-fats-water-sugar….coming from the alimentation.

3. Pulsation represents the Mental : indicates the state of the body : hot or cold, the speed with which blood is propelled. The Mental reflects the whole state.

B. Treatment and follow-up via the 3 numbers from the blood pressure monitor
The interpretation of the 3 numbers allows evaluating the condition of the person, and then, setting up a right treatment plan. To conduct and follow-up a treatment, we must measure regularly, and in specific periods, the pressures, and compare them with the references values according to age, to understand the meaning of the variation of the pressures.

The table below provides the reference values of blood pressure versus age group, according to QiQongTherapy

Age
(years) Systolic
(mmHg) Diastolic
(mmHg) Pulsation
(bpm )
Energy Alimentation Mental
5 - 12 95 - 100 60 - 120 60
13 - 17 100 - 110 60 - 65 65
18 - 40 110 - 120 65 - 70 65 - 70
41 - 59 120 - 130 70 - 80 70 - 75
60 and over 130 - 140 80 - 90 70 - 80

A sick person will have 1 or 2 or all the 3 numbers deviate from the age-referenced values.

The aim of the treatment is to bring these values back to those of the age-referenced numbers. by modifying the: Energy-Alimentation-Mental according to the law of the 5 Elements.
Ex : reference values for a person over 60 years of age :
Systolic :130-140mmHg Diastolic : 80-90mmHg Pulsation : 70-80bpm

Systolic :148mmHg Diastolic :80-90mmHg Pulsation :85bpm
these values indicate that this person has a mild excess of energy and heat.

The treatment consists to bring back the systolic pressure and the pulsation to the age-referenced values.
Modify the Energy by practicing specific QiQongTherapy exercices to lower the pressure.
Modify the heat by consuming less food generating heat.
When the regularly checked systolic pressure and pulsation values are within the reference range, that means that the treatment is appropriate and efficient.

On the contrary, if during the treatment, the numbers deviate more and more from the reference values, this means that the treatment was not appropriate, and an alternative treatment option is required.

1. The pulsation
The pulsation shows the number of beats of the heart per minute.

A low pulsation indicates the cold condition to the entire body, the slow flowing of the blood circulation, the slow rate of the heart beats, hands and feet are cold, body temperature is low.

A high pulsation indicates heat to the body, the blood circulates quickly, the heartbeat is fast.

The pulsation value must be compared to the aged-reference pulsation.
Ex : for a person of 60 years and over : 130-140mmHg/80-90mmHg/80-90bpm

A pulsation of :65bpm indicates an excess of cold, a lack of sugar. A pulsation of 100bpm indicates an excess of heat, and a pulsation of : 120bpm indicates fever.
There are 2 cases relating to excess of heat, the causes of which are different.

- Excess of sugar: high rate of heart beat, heat in the whole body, in hands and feet; this person looks for freshness and cold.
- Lack of blood: high rate of heart beat, the body, hands and feet are cold on the outside with weakness, but a lot of heat in the inner side with dried throat, cracked lips and red tongue. The person is looking for heat, likes to be well covered.
In oriental medicine: The void of Yin generates the internal heat.
In case of lack of blood, the heart must beat much faster to convoy blood to organs and viscera in time, insuring their good function. Ex: a task requires 10 people to be accomplished, if 4 are absent, the remaining 6 must work faster to accomplish the same work within the same period of time.

The treatment of the low pulsation consists to raise the body temperature by consuming food that generates the heat, consuming more sugar and practicing QiQongTherapy exercices.

The traitment of the high pulsation by excess of sugar is to practice the QiQongTherapy exercices to lower the excess of sugar.

The treatment of the high pulsation by lack of blood is to eat blood-forming foods, consume sugar to promote blood formation, practice the QiQongTherapy exercices to oxygenate the blood, and to maintain the stability of the blood formula Fe2O3.

2. The systolic and diastolic pressures
Most of the diseases come from the mouth, the entry of all food .Hence, the digestive system is very important, because it receives the food, drinks, drugs, … transforms them into blood and then distributes them to the whole body.

The pressure measured at the righ arm informs about the gall bladder and the liver.
The pressure measured at the left arm informs about the stomach and the spleen.

Adequate transformation
The blood pressure monitor allows to know the functions of the organs and the viscera, and to predict the diseases of the digestive system, for that, it is necessary to measure the tensions before and after meals.

Before meal, the liver must work to secrete bile to give the sensation of hunger, the pressure at the righ is higher than the one at the left arm. If the liver does not properly function, the person will not have appetite, will not feel hungry. The stomach is still empty, its pressure is lower than the liver pressure.

After meal, the liver stops its work, the pressure at the right arm starts to go down, and the pressure at the left arm starts to raise since the stomach is filled, the stomach begins to work to digest food.

Four hours after meal, the pressures will be equalized, the pressure at the right arm (liver) raises up, while the pressure at the left arm (stomach) goes down. The digestive system is ready to receive another meal.

This diagram showing the pressure variation at both arms, before and after meals, indicates an adequate transformation of the digestion system. The alimentation is transformed to energy and to nourishing blood. It is the proper transformation of the digestive system.

For the stomach to turn food into nutrients and blood, it needs sugar, which will provide heat to the stomach to "cook food" and energy to the stomach to knead food in nutrients and nourishing blood. Without sugar, the food will be transformed in fat, not in blood. So it is very important to have sugar in the alimentation, the best is the cane sugar that will provide energy and heat essential for the proper functioning of the stomach.

Contradictory transformation
In this situation, the pressures are reversed.

Before meal, the pressure of the stomach at left arm is high: 140mmHg/90mmHg/75bpm. This means that the stomach is still filled with the food of the previous meal.
Since the stomach is filled, we should avoid any other meal, or wait until the pressure at the left arm decreases to have another meal. If we do not measure the pressure and eat the meal, the stomach will be overloaded with non digested food. The stomach will be like a trash can, the food will be fermented, bitter and acid liquid will ride up to the oesophagus causing the ulcer and finally the cancer of the somach.

Treatment
Exercice: lay on the back, alternatively pull up the two knees and press firmly toward the chest in expiring by the mouth. This exercice helps the digestion and evacuates the food to the intestines, empties the stomach.
.
Other exercice: if the person is too weak to practice, any one can help by massages and putting pressure on the abdomen to activate the digestion and to push the food to the intestines, emptying then the stomach.

At the left arm, if there is no variation of the pressures before and after meals, this means that the stomach does not function, the meal did not provide any energy or blood. If the systolic pressure lowers after the meal, that means that the meal did not provide energy, but lowers more the energy of the body. A high systolic pressure, at all times, means permanent indigestion.

The same situation at the right arm, if there is no variation of the pressure before and after meals, that means the liver does not function. A permanent high pressure means the failure of the liver.

After meals, if the systolic pressure at the left (stomach) is higher than the reference value, but the diastolic pressure and the pulsation are normal, that means that we have not eaten a lot, but the food generates gaz (ex: coca cola).
Ex : reference values for a person 41 - 59 years : 140-150mmHg/70-80mmHg/70-75bpm.

After the meal, the diastolic pressure of the stomach at the left arm informs about the quantity of the food.
Reference for a person 41-59 years : 120-130mmHg70-80mmHg70-75bpm
Before meal : 120mmHg/70mmHg/70bpm
After meal : 130mmHg/90mmHg/75bpm : large meal
After meal : 130mmHg/65mmHg/70bpm : small meal

After meal, the diastolic pressure of the liver at the right arm shows the quantity of blood.
Before meal : 120mmH/g70mmHg/70bpm
After meal : 120mmHg/75mmHg/75pm, the liver has received nourishing blood from the alimentation
After meal :120mmHg/60mmHg /70bpm, the meal did not provide blood, the liver has to disburse off his blood.

After meal, the pulsation at the left arm shows the nature of ingested food
130mmHg/90mmHg/ 85bpm : the food generates the Heat
130mmHg /90mmHg/60bpm: the food generates the Cold

So the interpretation of the numbers from the blood pressure monitor, according to the QiQongTherapy concept is in concert with the law of the 5 Elements and the 3 principles: Energy-Alimentation-Mental. This allows to know the state of a person, to plan an adequate treatment, to follow-up the treatment, to understand the meaning of the variation of the pressures, and then to know the effectiveness or the error of a treatment.

C. Measure of pressures during treatment follow-up: advantages
Before treatment: 90mmHg/65mmHg/65bpm: cancereous person.

During treatment: 92mmHg/67mmHg/66bpm: efficient treatment, healing of the cancer. As the treatment continues, the 3 numbers continually raise up to reach the reference values, at this moment, the cancer is cured.

During treatment: 88mmHg/60mmHg/59bpm : inappropriate treatment, with the moving forward of the treatment, the 3 numbers lower down to 65mmHg/50mmHg/50bpm, these values indicate an imminent death.
When the datas are lowering down during a treatment, we should modify immedialy the treatment. Completing a fixed number of chimiotherapy or radiotherapy sessions, without paying attention at the gradual decreasing of the 3 numbers, is the main reason of the death of the person before the end of the entire treatment.

65mmHg/90mmHg/50bpm : the person dies obese.
65mmHg/50mmHg/50bpm : the person dies skinny.

D- Anecdotes
Explanations of Master Đỗ

The lack of sugar will not provide enough heat to the stomach to “cook” the food, neither the energy for the stomach to transform the food into nourishing blood and into energy to feed the body. Since the sugar provides the heat and the energy, the lack of sugar will decrease the speed of the flowing blood, will decrease the body temperature that decrease more the speed of the flowing blood, the blood circulation has more difficulty to reach all aeras of the body. The energetic and blood circulation are getting more and more slow and stagnant, leading to the following situations:

Cold, stiffness, pain, difficulty to fold the fingers, in severe case, lost of sensibility of the extremities.

Formation of cysts detectable in any part of the body. These spots are cellular condensation by insuffisent irrigation of blood and heat. The exams reveal these spots as cysts. Not being feeded for a long time, the cells will die and agglomerate together forming cancer cysts. This is the way of cancer formation.

The decrease of the body temperature will densify the blood, densify the fat in the blood circulation, and lowers the pushing strength of the circulating blood. In small vessels, where there are some deposits of fat, a lesser stagnation leads to an obstruction, a clot. A clot could lead to a breaking of the vessels. An obstruction can be anywhere in the body, at the limbs, in the coronary vessels of the heart, in the brain.....

At the obstructed aeras, the temperature will be lower or higher than the surroundings. A laser thermometer will detect these aeras, usually painful.

A diabetic, during treatment, takes medication, follows a diet without sugar, presents any way some raising up of glycemia. The medication and the diet have banned the sugar, to stay in life, the body must take sugar from the fats, the bones, the muscles....that causes the elevation of the glycemia. This situation will lead to muscle waisting, to osteoporosis, lack of memory....and cardiac arrest.
