OXYTHERAPY. BREATHING METHODS AVOIDING ASSISTED BREATHING (PART 51)
Oxytherapy means treatment with oxygen. In this section, we will look at the different ways that oxygen can be used to treat breathing difficulty.

A. Cause of breathing difficulty
Lack of oxygen and low blood sugar levels might cause breathing difficulty. The lungs are easily affected by climatic variations, pollution, bacteria, viruses...especially when the immune system is weak, due to insufficient antibody production. The lack of glucose does not allow an adequate production of antibodies, which are glycoproteins.

Lack of glucose causes the tendino-muscular system to contract, the lungs become constricted, can no longer receive oxygen, thus decreasing pulmonary ventilation, MEVS (Maximum Expiratory Volume Second) will drop, leading to possible death. The lack of glucose does not allow good blood circulation to ensure nutrition and elimination of waste products from the cells.

Blood glucose levels should be maintained according to the following standards:
- Before meals: 100-140 mg/dL or 6-8 mmol/L
- After meal: 140-180 mg/dL or 8-10 mmol/L

Oxytherapy consists of capturing more oxygen in the lungs to saturate the blood with oxygen and maintain the good blood Fe2O3 formula, facilitating the work of antibodies, particularly IgM.

B. Respiratory technique of Dr. Sarfaraz Munshi
Dr. Munshi works at Queen's Hospital, Romford, London, in the Intensive Care Unit, says: "It is a way of breathing to get deeper and more oxygen into the lungs. You have to lie on your stomach to get more oxygen into the lungs. A large part of the lungs are located on the back, not on the front. Lying on your back will clog the small lung ventilation ducts, which will make lung infections worse, leading to the collapse of the lung alveoli and lungs. In case of infection, maximum oxygen should be delivered to the bottom of the lungs, see the technique described below. I wish you could do this at the very beginning of the infection, or even before, it would be a better idea".

The technique is to inhale through the nose deeply 5 times in a row, on the 6th time, to exhale through the mouth with a strong cough to expel any secretion outside, while hiding the mouth with a tissue. Practice this technique twice, 10 minutes each time, before lying on your stomach.

See the practice in the video. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SZ6CPZxjpY0 at the minute 12:30.
Signs of covid-19 involvement are prolonged dry cough and fever. In case of aggravation, ARDS (Acute Respiratory Distress Syndrome) occurs, the person can no longer breathe on their own, the breathing apparatus is needed to inject oxygen into the lungs.

Mrs Rowling, author of the Harry Potter novels, once cured of covid-19, said on Twitter: "This technique saved me from covid-19, I would so much like to share this simple technique, free of charge, and without side effects to everyone, yet very useful for you and your loved ones. Stay healthy, I love you".

C. Breathing according to QiQongTherapy
The purpose of breathing is to get as much oxygen into the lungs as possible and to lower the breathing rate. Normally, a person breathes an average of 18 breaths per minute, the higher the frequency, the more panting and shallower the breathing. The slower and deeper the breathing, the better the overall physical and mental harmony would be.

The goal is to:
- To exhale more than to inhale. Breathing out more, brings out more stale air, and in return, spontaneous breathing will take in more oxygen, deeper into the lungs.
- Bring to the ideal frequency of 6 breathing cycles per minute (the turtle breathes 2 times per minute and lives about 300 years)

1. The practice is to exhale for 7 seconds and inhale for 3 seconds. Thus a breathing cycle would be 10 seconds. One minute has 60 seconds, so in 1 minute we breathe 6 times.
2. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SZ6CPZxjpY0 song at the minute 41:44

Exercise: Clap the hands in 4 steps while singing:
- one-two-three-four-five-six-seven, that's 7 seconds of expiration
- the 3-second inspiration is done by itself, without forcing it.

Start singing again: one-two-three-four-five-six-seven, and so on.....
See the practice in the video https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SZ6CPZxjpY0 at the minute 1 :10 :03

Phonetics in English is preferred because it allows to count the 7 numbers in 7 seconds in a uniform and relaxing tone.

This exercise mainly regulates and strengthens the function of the lungs and heart, as well as the energy and blood circulation.

Variations: by practicing the exercise Clap the hands in 4 steps, instead of singing: one-two -three-four- five-six-seven, you can also choose and sing 1 of the following 3 phrases:
- a- le-lui -a
- a- di-đà-phật
- a-mi-ta-ba
Meditative breathing. Meditative breathing can be practiced at any time of the day, without exercise, only by singing one-two-three-four-five-six-seven or/ a-di-đà-phật or/ a-mi-ta-ba. This practice helps to avoid breathing difficulty, chest congestion, pulmonary edema and inflammation, bacterial or viral infections, etc...

D. Meditative breathing
a. Breathing at the Heaven Gate, allows one to elevate the memory, and if good will is, to subsequently explore Spirituality.
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hmr4FJsf5nE

- Sit comfortably, with your back straight, the palm of your left hand resting on the Yang chakra, (Đan Điền Thần ) at the tip of the xyphoid appendix (15RM Cưu Cĩ/ Jiuwei) and the palm of your left hand on the Yin chakra, (Đan Điền Tinh) through 3 fingertips below the navel (6RM Khí Hãi/Qihai). For the female, it is the opposite, the right hand up (15RM) and the left hand down (6RM).
- Close the mouth, bend the tongue upwards to touch the palate, in order to establish Yin-Yang contact. Pay attention to the top of the head, to the Heaven Gate. Close your eyes.
- Inhale for 5 seconds - hold breath for 5 seconds (pause) - exhale for 5 seconds.
- Inspire by imagining the Celestial Energy descending on the top of your head
- During the break, fix the attention to the top of the head
- Exhale by imagining that the Energy is thrown towards Heaven from the top of the head.

Breathe through your nose, keep your mouth closed, count mentally:
One-two-three-four-five/inspiration...
One-two-three-four-five/ break
One-two-three-four -five/ expiration or:

Inspire soul in peace/ inspiration
One-two-three-four-five/ pause
Exhale happy heart / exhale or:

A-Le-Lui-A or/ A-Bi-Ta-Ba or/A-Di-Đà-Phật for the 3 periods: inhaling, pausing and exhaling.

b Breathing at the Yang chakra, raises blood pressure and body temperature.
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=PQshiUzamdI&t=753s

- Lie on your back, close your mouth, tongue to the palate (as in the previous exercise)
- For men: left hand on 15RM, right hand on left hand
- For women: right hand on 15RM, left hand on right hand
- Inhale and exhale lightly, without forcing the breath, always through the nose, following the movement of the thorax: up with inhalation, down with exhalation. Always keep your attention on the palm of your hands, and listen for any changes: heat rise, energetic movements, etc.

c Breathing at the Yin chakra, lowers blood pressure and body temperature.
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zRFarYotvc0&t=28s

- Lie on your back, close your mouth, tongue to the palate (as above)
- For men: right hand on 6VC, left hand on right hand
- For women: left hand on 6VC, right hand on left hand
- Inhale and exhale through the nose, cheerfully while always keeping the attention to the palm of the hand and being attentive to changes: heat elevation...

d- Breathing at the Gate of Life, helps to regulate blood pressure and also transmutes Food Energy into Energetic Essence. This point controls the distribution of energy and blood to the whole body, according to, and where the need is felt, e.g.: allows to treat heat and pain in the bones...
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qG1IxJUg0bw&t=13s

The Gate of Life is the point 4 DM Mệnh Môn / Ming men located under L2 (second lumbar vertebra). This point, located on the lumbar spine, is at the same level as the navel located on the abdomen, on the anterior side.
- Lie on your back, close your mouth and eyes, bend your tongue to the palate.
- For men: put the palm of the left hand on 15 RM (tip of the xyphoid appendix), the right hand on the 6 RM (3 fingertips below the navel)
- For women: right hand on 15 RM, left hand on 6RM
- Inhale lightly, noting the bulging abdomen, exhale, noting the collapse of the abdomen.
- Upon expiration, mentally transfer energy from point 6 RM to the lumbar spine at point 4 DM (transfer of energy from 6 RM to 4 DM).

E. Emergency points
These points allow the function of the organs or viscera to be restarted in case of great necessity.
- Weighing on the point Trung Phũ 1L/ zhongfu, located between the first and second ribs at the upper external part of the thorax, allows to bring oxygen in the lungs in case of acute asthma with breathing difficulty, panting and shallow breathing, the oxygen supply will also maintain stable the Fe2O3 blood formula.
- Weighing on the point 17 RM Chiên Trung/ shanzong, located in the middle of the sternum between the 2 mammals, allows to establish a deep breathing ensuring the good functioning of the immune and nutritional system.
- Weighing on the point Khí Hãi 6 RM/ qihai, through 3 fingers under the navel, allows to bring oxygen to the kidneys to ensure renal filtration, maintain body heat, transform food into Energy.
- Weighing on the point Tam Tiêu Du 22B/ sanjiaoshu, located on the first line of the bladder meridian under L1 (under the first lumbar vertebra) strengthens the Yang kidneys to ensure renal filtration, maintain water balance, avoid hypertension, diabetes, cholesterol, osteoporosis...
- Weighing on the point Trung Quãn12RM /zhongwan, halfway between the line joining the xyphoid appendix to the umbilicus, allows to bring oxygen in the stomach to ensure the transformation of food into Energy and Blood.
- Weighing or tapping with the fingers together on the point Hạ Quan 5ST/ xiaguan, located in the depression under the zygomatic arch, on the lateral side of the face, allows to bring oxygen to the heart, and to rectify the opening of the cardiac valves. A too big opening of the valves gives signs: swollen, drooping and slightly purple lower lip, the nails are black.
- Weighing and massaging clockwise on the Nhân Trung 26DM/ renzhong point, located under the nose in the upper third of the sub-nasal fold, helps to bring oxygen to the brain, avoiding coma. This point improves breathing, prevents paralysis and facial deviation. Thanks to this point that Master Đố saved a family from asphyxiation to carbon monoxide from the engine of the car running in the closed garage.
- Weighing on the point Nội Quan 6 PC/ neiguan, located 3 fingertips above the left wrist bend, helps maintain heart function and stabilize blood pressure.

F. Anecdotes
Anecdotes from cases treated by Master Đỗ, illustrate the benefits of breathing according to QiQongTherapy.

a. A woman in Montreal treated for fibromyalgia by Excess with obstruction of circulation causing pain to the body. The more movement, the greater the pain would be. The person is on permanent work leave with renumeration. I told her to sing: one-two-three-four-five-six-seven, out loud through his mouth to eliminate the Excess. After the songs, the lady is much better, and asked for my home phone number. In the night, I got her call due to pain return. I told her to lie down in the bathtub filled with cold water and sing one-two-three-four-five-six-seven... An hour later, she called me back to say that she had no more pain. I told her to continue the same treatment every time the pain returns. In the case of Fibromyalgia by Insufficiency, you have to close your mouth, sing internally, breathe through your nose to keep the Energy inside to ensure energy and blood circulation.

A year later, the lady returned to normal activities, but without pay, at a volunteer centre.

The 4 benefits of the song are:
1- Relax the nervous system, reduce emotional tension
2- Breathing out more than breathing in, allows the Excess to be evacuated to the outside.
3- Singing enlivens the mind
4- Fluctuations in lung volume cause the endocrine system to secrete "medication" so that the body can heal itself.
b. Case of an elderly woman hospitalized in an emergency in a Toronto hospital. She had high blood pressure, high pulse, rapid breathing, pale complexion.
197 mmHg/ 97 mmHg /120 bpm, lung volume 0.2- 0.5 Litre. The lung function graph is no longer sinusoidal, but serrated

By weighing on the Trung Phủ point 1L zhongfu to bring oxygen to the lungs, I found that there is too much secretion in the lungs, I told the family to ask the nurses to suction out all the mucus that night, before she choked to death. After removing the mucus, the lung volume rose to 1.2 L, the lady got better, I went back to Montreal. Every 2 weeks I give classes in Toronto, I visited her at the hospital. I was introduced to the treating doctors who want to see my treatment method. Since oxygen does not get into her congested lungs, to clear the lungs and to get the oxygen in, I asked the lady to exhale by calling her daughter's name gently, regularly and continuously: Hà ơi........Hà ơi.......Hà ơi.....

After 5 minutes, the blood pressure and pulse dropped to 145 mmH / 87 mmHg / 80 bpm. Lung volume was up from 2.5 to 3.5 L, the lady was doing much better, breathing better, complexion has color, and she was no longer in emergency care. She will continue to practice breathing and is no longer using medication. She has been discharged from the hospital.

The lady and her children are happy to know how to breathe according to QiQongTherapy, branch of Complementary Medicine, it is to breathe softly, regularly, deeply and normally without forcing so as not to get tired. The focus is on breathing out and not on breathing in. Breathing out for a long time clears the lungs, by spontaneous reaction, the lungs will take in more oxygen and deeper.
