CONVENTIONAL TREATMENT OF DIABETES DESTROYS THE BODY...

A VERY BIG NONSENSE (PART 15)

A. Answers to the 6 diabetes-related plots
I have received many e-mails from people whose parents have died after a long period of
insulin treatment due to diabetes. These people have remorse of conscience after reading
my 14 episodes dealing with diabetes. Thanks to the efforts of the parents that these
people were able to become Doctors, Pharmacists, Engineers..... all family members
united to take care of the parents according to the medical guidelines, repeating the
following recommendations:
1. Don't forget to take medication or injections every day.
2. Do not consume sugar, sugary foods or drinks, fruit, which would result in
arteriosclerosis, requiring heart surgery.
3. Do not eat too much rice, which also raises blood sugar levels, leading to kidney
dialysis.
4. Do not eat protein, but eat more vegetables.
5. Do not eat fat, which would give arteriosclerosis.
6. Do not allow blood glucose levels to exceed 120 mg/dL (7 mmol/L), otherwise
doctors will increase the insulin dose.
Parents have always been well cared for decades, but their health has deteriorated over
time, such as general fatigue, heart failure, coma... Parents died shortly after their
emergency admission to hospital.
They are children who have good filial piety, responsibility towards their parents, but
powerless in the face of the death of their parents according to medical standards. Their
remorse is not being able to cherish their parents in their final days. Did they let
themselves be overwhelmed by medical science? To be so severe towards their parents
about medication.
Today we will analyse the 6 directives mentioned above to prove to us whether we are
only stupid, stubborn, or really malicious children towards our parents.
As patients, we should be aware of how our health status changes during treatment, so
that we can respond if diabetes continues to worsen. The phobia of diabetes has led all
social structures to align themselves in the same direction: production of more and more
drugs, production of sugar-free food and beverages, proposal to the public of multiple

3
diets.........all this only contributes to increasing the incidence of diabetes over time, due
to sugar deprivation in the diet.
All persons or situations inflicting misfortunes on us are due to the law of the seed and
fruit according to the Buddha's Teaching. We are the ones who are not conscious, and we
let ourselves be drawn into the current social and economic habits.
Question 1: Do not forget to take medication or injections every day.
It is a serious mistake to systematically take medication or injections without first
measuring blood sugar level to determine whether it is high or low. If blood sugar is low,
an injection would lower it further, leading to a coma that could be fatal. Feeling their
blood sugar level low, parents do not dare to take insulin, but children force them to
follow the doctor's recommendations, otherwise a risk of a sudden rise in blood sugar
level might occur. The doctor, by following a pre-established treatment protocol, cannot
give personal suggestions either, this is what might lead to unexpected deaths. This
situation has created many disputes between family members about parental care. We
should be flexible to behave appropriately in each situation, knowing the mechanism of
action of insulin. According to manufacturers, an insulin unit lowers blood sugar by 50
mg/dL. The decrease in blood sugar level can vary from 30 mg/dL to 100 mg/dL
depending on the individual.
According to QiQongTherapy, for fear of death, and by systematically following the
doctor's instructions, one has unintentionally given death to oneself. The doctor is not
involved in this in any way.
Question 2: Do not consume sugar, sweet foods or drinks, fruit, which would lead to
arteriosclerosis, requiring heart surgery.
To live and function, cells always need a certain amount of glucose in the circulating
blood. The American Association of Cardiology has stipulated that the heart must have 9
teaspoons of glucose per day, i.e. 36g/day (9x4g=36g), the brain and central nervous
system need 144g of glucose per day.
Glucose +Protein=Glycoprotein used to produce blood. Without glucose, there would be
a lack of blood production, and food would be processed into fat.
It is thought that all sugars have the same action, in reality, cells only accept glucose. The
other sugars are transported by insulin to the liver to be transformed into glycogen and
fat, which will be converted back into sugar if necessary.
Glucose+Lipid=Glycolipid used to create cell membranes, joint lubricants, tendons,
nerve fibres, ligaments, cartilage, bones. Without sugar, the cells will die following the
dismantling of the cell membranes. Without sugar, the body will lack energy, giving
weakness, dizziness, dazzle, limb tremors, breathing difficulty, loss of appetite, digestive
disorders, malnutrition.....

4
Cardiologists have also recognized that deaths from cardiovascular causes are by no
means related to low or high blood sugar levels, or high or low cholesterol levels.
Question 3: Do not eat too much rice, which also raises blood sugar levels, leading to
kidney dialysis.
Carbohydrates, proteins, lipids are found in everyday food. Carbohydrates are a source of
vitamins, minerals, fibre, and other essential compounds, which will be transformed into
glucose by the body for its need.
The presence of dietary proteins is necessary for the spleen-pancreas to produce internal
insulin, which will carry glucose, blood, lipids, to the cells for their survival and
functioning.
It is a mistake for not eating rice (brown, white), because rice contains protein but very
little sugar. Composition of 45 g of brown/white rice:
Calories: 170 / 160
Protein: 4g / 3g
Fat: 1.5g / 0g
Carbohydrates: 35g / 36g
Fibre: 4g /1g
Sugar: 0g /0g
Iron: 0.36mg /0.36mg
Sodium (Na) : 30mg / 0mg
According to the Recommended Dietary Allowance (RDA), the minimum amount of
protein per day is 0.8 g to 1.3 g /kg body weight. Thus a 50 kg person needs 50 g of
protein/day. A 180 g bowl of white rice contains only 12 g of protein, but no sugar.
According to Wikipedia, the composition of 100 g of white rice is:
Calories: 130
Fat: 0.3 g
Cholesterol: 0 mg
Sodiun (Na): 1 mg
Potassium (K): 35 mg
Carbohydrate: 28 g
Fibre: 0.4 g
Sugar: 0.1 g

5

Protein: 2.7 g
Vit A: 0.1 U
Vit D: 0.1 U
Vit B6 :0.1 mg
Calcium: 10 mg
Iron: 0.2 mg
Magnesium: 12 mg
Thus not eating rice, under the pretext that rice contains sugar, is a serious mistake, we
also lose other nutritional factors contained in rice.
Question 4: Do not eat protein, but eat more vegetables.
The normal or vegetarian diet always contains protein. Proteins are found in the animal
kingdom: seafood, red or white meats, as well as in the vegetable kingdom: tofu, peas,
soy....The carbohydrates contained in tubers, potatoes, breads, cereals, lentils, fruits,
pressed fruit juices are a source of protein and fibre essential to the cardiovascular system
and intestines. Chronic kidney failure leads to heart disease. It is the leading cause of
death for people who use kidney dialysis.
Studies have shown that the presence of dietary fibre reduces blood pressure and
inflammation.
Without protein, the spleen-pancreas cannot produce insulin to get lipids, glucose, blood,
oxygen into the cells...the cells will always be malnourished. On the other hand, sugar
and lipids, remaining in the circulating blood, will raise the level of sugar and blood
cholesterol. Why ban the consumption of normal dietary protein, but import external
insulin and cholesterol-lowering drugs into the body? Would it be financial exploitation
at the expense of patients?
A box containing 5 insulin injection syringes, 3 mL each, costs about 450 to 500 US.
Nobody is aware that one is induced to commit suicide by using external insulin, which
blocks the production of internal insulin by the pancreas, leading to pancreatic cancer.
Since there is no internal insulin to get sugar into the cells, there would be an increase in
blood sugar levels, which increasingly require external insulin.
After meals, it is normal for blood sugar to increase, but two hours later, blood sugar will
return to normal, if there are activities, these activities will activate the cells to produce
blood. If there is no activity, unused blood sugar would be transported to the liver for
storage as glycogen and fat, leading to obesity, weakness and heart fatigue.
Question 5: Do not eat fat, which would give arteriosclerosis.

6
A publication entitled: Insufficient fat consumption is harmful to health, and could
become a life-threatening situation.
Excerpt from Doctor Phạm Hiếu Liêm MD, former Jackson T Stephens Professor and
Vice Chairman of the Donald W Reynolds Department of Geriatic, UAMS.
In the year 1870, Professor Ancel Keys of the Department of Nutrition at the
University of Minesota published the results of studies conducted in 7 countries in
Europe and America saying that the consumption of saturated fat is the cause of
cardiovascular disease and high cholesterol levels. Since then, all scientists have
joined Professor Keys. The Association of American Specialists advises Americans
not to consume fat. Americans have spent a considerable amount of money to buy
foods that are labelled fat-free or low-fat. Doctors have always advised against fat,
especially from animals, for about 40 years. During this period, currents of contrary
ideas and paradoxes emerged, but scientists and the American government persist in
their policy of reducing fat.
Paradox: The French people always like to eat well, have not avoided fat from all
sources... The French continue to eat butter, cheese, eggs, beef, chicken, duck, pork...
In France, the percentage of people with obesity, diabetes type 2, cardiovascular
disease is lower than in the United States and neighbouring European countries. The
reason is that the French drink a lot of wine, which contains a lot of antioxidants, such
as resveratrol from the grape skins.
Studies conducted by Tulane University and the writings of journalist O'Connor have
proven the paradox right. Medicine and the American government have gone down the
wrong path in supporting fat-free nutrition. The scientists reviewed the results of
Professor Keys' studies, and found many gaps leading to results that do not reflect
reality.
Avoiding fat is harmful to your health because you lose vitamins that are soluble in
fat: A, D and K.
Various cancers have been observed in people with low blood cholesterol levels. To
date, it is not known whether low cholesterol causes cancer or vice versa.
The following foods contain beneficial fats. Oils: olive, canola, fish liver, coconut,
peanut, duck fat, egg yolk....Lack of fat predisposes to cerebral hemorrhage.
Pham H MD
In the previous course, we learned about the role of glucose in lipid metabolism.
The fat from beef, chicken, pork, duck, egg yolk, bowels and viscera of animals...is
assimilated in the intestines, then enters the bloodstream as lipoproteins, and is
transported to tissues, muscles as a source of energy... or to form fat tissues in the

7
abdomen, thighs, buttocks... The presence of cholesterol in the circulating blood is
therefore quite normal.
On the other hand, the lack of fat in the blood predisposes to cerebral haemorrhage, does
not allow the production of: protective layer of nerves, antibodies, red blood cells. Young
women with low blood fat have more menstrual problems and stopping cycles happens
earlier than others.
A high percentage of Alzheimer's, hepatitis, allergy, joint degeneration, death by heart
attack... have been observed in people with low cholesterol content than in people with
high cholesterol content.
To prevent disease, we need a diet that contains fat, without exaggeration. It is starch and
refined white sugar that raise cholesterol more than fat in food. Thus, eat more fish, fruits
and vegetables. Being vegetarian, eat more avocados with glucose, if you lack sugar, or
salt and pepper, laksa leaves if you have low blood pressure. Exercise or walking about
30 minutes a day is recommended.
Thus, encouraging parents to avoid fat is unintentionally hurting them.
Question 6: Do not allow blood glucose levels to exceed 120 mg/dL (7 mmol/L),
otherwise doctors will increase the insulin dose
At the beginning of each video talking about sugar, I took sugar to raise my blood sugar
much higher than Western medical values, and able to lower it naturally at the end of the
class, to prove that it is a life-threatening danger to treat diabetes by constantly
maintaining a low blood sugar level. My blood sugar has always been high for 40 years,
and I am still healthy, without any illness. If I had followed the treatment from Western
medicine, I wouldn't have been in this world for a long time.
Diabetes occurs when the blood sugar level is more than 7 mmol/L, and insulin is like a
trap. We do not wonder why the higher the insulin dose, the higher the blood sugar level,
and the worse our health gets: weakness, weight loss.
In a particular case in Viet Nam, before the communists took power in 1975, there were
few cases of diabetes requiring insulin. After 1975, there is no more diabetes, as people
are sent to the re-education camps, have to work hard, and ask their families to supply
them with sugar on each visit to the camp. This proves that physical work lowers blood
sugar levels. Diabetes develops in people who eat a lot but do not engage in physical
activity.
The Creator has created a perfect human body so that it can keep itself alive on its own as
long as the diet contains all 4 elements: glucose, lipid, protein and oxygen. The body
makes its own insulin to maintain blood sugar levels around 7 mmol/L. The 3 major
insulin manufacturers are for the policy of avoiding sugar, fat, protein... so that the body
no longer produces insulin. The lack of sugar and fat disrupts the metabolism of
digestion, lipids, sugar... The heart and brain need glucose to function. By replacing

8
carbohydrates with vegetables and legumes, the ketogenic diet leads to blood
acidification and liver cancer.
A blood glucose level above 7 mmol/L requires insulin. External insulin does not cause
sugar to enter the cells, but transports sugar to the liver to be stored in glycogen and fat,
blood sugar drops immediately, leaving the cells still without food, even after a meal.
Until the liver releases glucose from glycogen and fat, the liver must immediately extract
sugar from the muscles, marrow, bones to ensure the life and function of the heart and
nervous system, which again raises blood sugar to 7 mmol/L.
The body automatically maintains a safe blood glucose level of 7 mmol/L for its survival.
Western medicine states that 120 mg/dL (7 mmol/)L is a high blood sugar level that
should be lowered by doubling the insulin dose. The body will double the extraction of
sugar from all the cells of the body, blood sugar rises to 200 mg/dL (11 mmol/L). At 3
times more insulin, the body will extract 3 times more sugar from the cells. At 4 times
more insulin, the body takes 4 times more sugar from the cells, raising blood sugar to 500
mg/dL (27.8 mmol/L)...and so on. At 1000 mg/dL, there is nothing left or a place to rack
sugar, the body will collapse. It is a senseless death following the fight between the body
and the supply of external insulin, the only culprit. Without being supplied with glucose,
the body's cells are like an army without ammunition that must face a well-endowed
army of insulin cannons! By forcing parents to have regular insulin injections, the
children involuntarily lent a helping hand to unconscious medicine. It was these stupid,
stubborn children who killed their parents.
On the other hand, there are cases where children have more common sense, have seen
the paradox, the more clairvoyant parents have stopped the medication themselves to take
glucose or sugar cane juice, without sharing it with the children... and have thus regained
strength, health... A mother confessed to her child that she had not taken the medication
for a while, and took glucose according to QiQongTherapy, now she feels fine. The child
comforted his mother by saying: keep taking glucose if it makes you feel good, that's all
that matters. This is a case of an open and caring child.
It is advisable to have a blood glucose meter to monitor blood glucose levels and to keep
them within the recommended safe values of the WHO (World Health Organization in
1979), i.e.
Fasting 100 mg/dL to 140 mg/dL (6 mmol/L to 8 mmol/)
After meals 140 mg/dL to 200 mg/dL (8 mmol/L to 11mmol/L)
In this way, disruptions of the metabolism of digestion, sugar, lipids and proteins are
avoided.
A glucometer is essential to know the effect of sugar cane juice or fruit juice in lowering
blood sugar levels.
Rising blood sugar levels after meals are not dangerous. It would be a life-threatening
situation when blood glucose levels drop to 3.5 mmol/L. This video presents the case of a

9
person with still high blood sugar after meals of 488 mg/dL (27.1mmol/L) from July
2018 to July 2019. After practicing the QiQongTherapy exercises, blood sugar drops
back to normal, without medical treatment, without any medication, without injection...
which has allowed him to live well and function well until now (2019).
External insulin injection creates a deadly compensation battle between the body and
insulin. Insulin lowers blood sugar by 200 mg/dL, the body injects 200 mg/dL again, the
body compensates 500 mg/dL for a decrease of 500 mgl/dL. This explains why the higher
the insulin dose, the higher the blood sugar level. At this time, all fats are converted into
sugar during the last moments of survival. In the presence of ketone bodies, products of
fat breakdown, blood becomes acidic with a pH5, which causes cancer. At pH4 it is
metastasis, at pH3 the death might occur.
In 1/2 L of sugar cane juice, there is the equivalent of 30 teaspoons of glucose. After
ingesting 1/2 L, blood sugar levels do not vary much, but after 2 hours, blood sugar levels
will drop, because when glucose reaches the kidneys, the kidneys will keep the amount
essential for the body and evacuate the rest into the urine.

B. No fear for chronic diseases or cancers
According to QiQongTherapy, to treat these diseases, it is necessary to treat the origin of
the disorder, i.e. the cell, by providing it with the 4 essential elements: glucose, lipids,
proteins, and oxygen. Undernourished cells will die, by clumping together, will give
cancer.
Food and beverages, by promoting the production of blood by cells and protecting the
integrity of the cell membrane, are the means of treating these diseases.
Glucose should be Yang in nature and alkaline in pH.
1- The pancreas uses the proteins in the circulating blood to produce functional internal
insulin.
2- This internal insulin carries and penetrates the cells with red blood cells, lipids,
proteins, oxygen... Thus... the cells receive food and reject waste. The cells, muscles,
nervous system, heart, brain, marrow, bones... will take their share of glucose, the
amount of glucose remaining in the bloodstream must be maintained sufficient for the
heart, brain and nervous system to function for 4 to 6 hours. Any excess glucose in the
blood goes to the liver to be stored there, first as a maximum glycogen of 100 g, then
the rest of the glucose is stored as fat. If necessary, the liver will convert the glycogen
back into glucose first, after which the fat would be broken down into sugar.
3- The cells will use glucose and proteins from food, to produce blood: red blood cells,
white blood cells, platelets. If we eat badly or do not eat for a while, there will be
blood loss and weight loss.

10
4- The cells use glucose and lipids from food, to produce and maintain the integrity of
the cell membrane, to protect the skin, to maintain body heat. Any excess fat is stored
in the abdomen, thighs, buttocks, to be converted into sugar to produce blood, if
necessary.
5- The oxygenated blood formula is Fe 2 O 3 , after feeding the cells, the blood becomes
Fe 2 O 2 . Without re-oxygenation (lack of exercise, poor breathing), there is only iron left
in the blood (Fe 2 ), the cells will become cancerous.
6- The body produces its own internal insulin and automatically regulates blood sugar
levels to maintain a safe blood sugar level of 120 mg/dL (7 mmol/L). If blood sugar
drops to 80 mg/dL (5 mmol/L), the liver will release sugar to raise blood sugar again.
At a blood glucose level of 100 mg/dL (6 mmol/L), you would feel tired, weak limbs,
you have to eat. After meals, blood sugar will rise and return to normal within 2 hours.
7- Cause of the disruption of sugar metabolism and digestion
Western medicine states that 120 mg/dL (7 mmolL) is too high blood sugar, external
insulin should be brought in to lower blood sugar levels.
Each injection lowers blood sugar levels by 30 to 100 mg/dL (on average 50 mg/dL).
External insulin blocks the production of internal insulin, leading to inflammation and
then pancreatic cancer. External insulin cannot get food into the cells, the cells will be
malnourished, as long as there is an injection. Food is not processed into blood, but
into fat deposited on the liver and abdomen. Let's say that each injection lowers blood
sugar by 50 mg/dL, the body compensates for the loss of sugar by extracting sugar
from glycogen, muscles, bones, marrow.....
Seeing the blood sugar increased, we double the dose of insulin, the body will double
the amount of sugar to be extracted from all parts of the body, giving slimming,
faigue, weight loss.....By tripling the insulin dose, the body will triple the amount of
sugar to be drawn off.....until there is no place left to draw off, no sugar or fat, it is
death. It is not death from diabetes, but insulin abuse that causes death.
A person remains alive for 20 years, without eating anything, drinking only sugar cane
juice. The reason is that sugar cane juice contains glucose, protein, fat, minerals........ the
body has enough to produce blood, insulin, fat and maintain safe blood sugar levels.
It is only after a certain time in an acidic medium of pH 5, that poorly nourished cells will
become cancerous. Metastasis begins at pH 4.
To treat cancer: drink sugar cane juice to reduce blood acidity and maintain a pH 7, eat
Phỡ (beef soup) to get glucose, protein, fat... and practice QiQongTherapy exercises to
saturate the blood with oxygen to keep the Fe 2 O 3 blood count stable. In this way, cancer
cells would be regenerated into healthy cells. Treating cancer is not killing the cells, but
regenerating the cells. In more serious cancers with a pH 4, alkaline water of pH 9.5
should be drunk instead of simple water, drink sugar cane juice, eat Phỡ (beef soup), after

11
meals practice slowly the exercise "Bring the knees to the chest by blowing to soften the
stomach" 200 to 300 times. After 5 to 6 months, the examination would no longer show
cancer.
