Case of a person who does not consume sugar or sugar products
A person has a blood sugar level of 150 - 170 mg/dL after meals, and is diagnosed with type 1 diabetes due to lack of insulin, according to the 2010 criteria, but is not diabetic according to references from other years. Several situations may arise:

Pulsation 70-80 bpm; temperature 36.5oC to 37.5oC; pH 7 to 8. This person is not diabetic.

Pulsation below 70 bpm; temperature below 36oC; pH below 7. This person lacks glucose, has no reserve of liver glycogen. The body has to break down fat to get sugar, which raises blood sugar level to 150-170 mg/dL. The person will lose weight and might have osteoporosis.
