Importance of sugar in food transformation
The digestive system is very important, it is the Earth Element (stomach-spleen) that first receives all alimentation. The stomach and the spleen will preside over the process of transformation of food, drinks, medicines...into nourishing nutrients, in order to direct them to the 4 other Elements (Metal-Water-Wood-Fire). The Earth needs sugar to do its job.

The stomach receives the food, transforms it into a nutrient, or nutrient liquid that is transported to the small intestine. The liquid is absorbed through the wall of the small intestine, will be transformed into blood, passes into the bloodstream and then filtered by the kidneys, then through the liver, reaches the heart to be oxygenated in the lungs to become the nourishing blood for the whole body, via the bloodstream.

The body will know the amount of sugar in any food consumed, as soon as the food passes through the salivary glands.

After sugar is distributed to the whole body, a signal would be given to the pancreas whether or not to secrete insulin.

Example 1 : a person eats 250 g of sugar, 50 g goes to the Element Earth, Metal, Water, Wood, Fire each takes 20 g, muscles takes 30 g, making a total of 160 g of sugar used. This leaves 90 g (250-160=90) which is the normal blood glucose level. In this case, there is no insulin production by the pancreas.

Example 2 : a person eats 350 g of sugar, the used sugar is 160 g. There are 190 g (350-160 g) of sugar left, at this time insulin is secreted to transport the sugar to the liver to be stored in reserve as glycogen and fat.

Cases where there is too much sugar in the diet. No one could use food to reach a significant excess of sugar. Too much sugar will raise the heart rate and body temperature, giving unpleasant sensations. The person will then reduce sugar consumption. Exaggerated consumption of sugar, without any physical activity, would overload the liver with fat, excess fat could block blood vessels.

Lack of sugar or no sugar in the diet. In this case, the Alpha cells of the pancreas will secrete the glucagon, so the liver will release sugar from glycogen. In the absence of sugar, food will not be transformed into blood and energy, but is transformed into fat, which will also block blood vessels. A permanent lack of sugar will annihilate the insulin secretion function of the pancreas' Beta cells, as there is no sugar to metabolize. The function of the Alpha cells of the pancreas will be overloaded, a cancer could begin in the pancreas. In the long term, the liver's glycogen supply would also be depleted. The development of cancer follows the generating cycle of the 5 Elements. The starting cancer at the Element Earth (stomach-spleen) would lead to cancer of the Metal (large intestine-lung) then to Water (bladder-kidney), then to Wood (gallbladder-liver) and finally to Fire (small intestine-heart).

A balanced diet should contain all 5 flavors according to the 5 Elements. Earth: sweet taste, Metal: spicy taste, Water: salty taste, Wood: acid taste, Fire: bitter taste. On the basis that the diet has all 5 tastes, to invigorate a weak Element, it is necessary to eat more taste corresponding to the weak Element. e.g, eat more acid taste to invigorate the liver. This is why a medicinal potion must contain 4 ingredients named as:

The prime minister is the active substance of the potion
The ministers are ingredients that consolidate the active substance
The assistants are ingredients that promote the effect of the active substance
The ambassadors to direct the potion to the appropriate site. In the example above, the ambassador is the acid flavour to tone the liver.

Causes of diabetes
Type 1. Lack of insulin production due to alteration of the DNA sequence encoding insulin production in the pancreas. Another cause is that generations of parents and grandparents have banned sugar, causing the pancreas to stop producing insulin, which is passed on to subsequent generations.

Type 2. Insufficient insulin production. One must use external insulin. If the person continues to consume sugar, the prescribed dose of insulin will gradually increase. At some point, the pancreas stops to secrete the insulin. Type 2 becomes type 1. The injection of external insulin is needed.

Type 3. Pseudo diabetes : random production of insulin. Actually there is no effective treatment yet.

Remarks on insulin

Insulin is obtained from successive cultures of Beta cells in the pancreas from a human donor. The disadvantage is that production is limited, and the DNA in pancreatic cells is donor-specific only. Each person has a different genetic code (DNA molecule) specific to that person to ensure its authenticity.

Too much of N (nitrogen) will be converted into nitrate which is toxic, and causes premature cell aging.

Prolonged use of insulin would increase the amount of fat in the circulating blood. These fats will block the microcirculation networks, the capillaries giving numbness, insensitivity of the tips of the toes and fingers, then in other blood vessels of the strokes (Cerebral Palsy/ Cardiovascular Accident)

There is a device, the Green Test, which allows to know the degree of radioactivity in the surrounding environment. It also measures the level of toxicity in vegetables, fruits, food, solutions..... by measuring the nitrate concentrations in these items.

3. Inexhaustible source of insulin in the body
Before becoming active, the insulin is a post proprotein, then sucessively transformed in post proinsulin, then in proinsulin and finally into insulin. In cases of lack of Zinc (Zn) and Chromium (Cr), production does not result in active insulin. Sugar is absolutely necessary at all stages of the production of active insulin. The Golgi apparatus located in the cellular cytoplasm, orchestrates all processes, in concert with other cytoplasmic inclusions.

The consumption of bitter cucumber, Zn, Cr will allow a continuous and complete production of insulin. Proteins from the diet will always be transformed, through several steps into active insulin, as long as the diet remains balanced and varied.

Acting so, no one has to take external insulin, nor follow a special diet, or have a phobia of diabetes. The diet would be normal and as varied as possible, not forgetting to take in addition bitter cucumber (a source of natural insulin), Zinc and Chromium. Chromium, in addition, promotes the elimination of fat from the liver, and the increase of good cholesterol. By practicing QiQongTherapy exercices, the oxygen will be increased. Zinc and Chromium can be purchased separately, or included in the Swical Énergy drinkable ampoules, or included in multivitamin tablets. You can also buy natural insulin tablets, from bitter cucumbers, with well-established doses, e.g. 500 mg.

Test result : The glycemia of a person is 250 mg/dL, after meal, he/she has taken a 500 mg tablet. Two hours after, the glycemia dropped to 150 mg/dL, without practicing any QiQongTherapy exercice. These tablets would be very useful for people with reduced mobility or too weak to practice the exercises.

Zinc (Zn) is found in sesame seeds, flax seeds, pumpkins, lentils, cocoa, cashew nuts, spinach, white mushrooms, yogurt.

Chromium (Cr) is found in watercress, eggs, black pepper, barley spray, soybeans, pecan nuts, oat.

Vitamin B1 can be taken to avoid the harmful effects of long-term insulin intake such as: numbness, insensitivity at the tips of the toes and fingers, and worse the loss of the toes and fingers.
