Express Blood Pressure Control.
Express Blood Pressure Control is one of several ways to reduce our Blood pressure almost instantly- discovered by master Do Duc Ngoc ( KCYD ). Should there be no change in your blood pressure after applying his method, advise to your physician or you must continue to stay on with your current medications............ First , let's define our Blood Pressure and why it is important.
We must understand Blood Pressure in order to work with it , for it or against it.
*** Blood Presssure is the pressure which moves our blood everywhere in our body ( up-down, in-out, left-right, front-back .... ). Wherever the blood goes it brings along its nutrient, sugar, salt, fats, oxygen, minerals, vitamins, chemical, hormones, enzymes, electrolytes... I called it a drop-off " a delivery " method.
After receiving its nutrients each unit " a building " such as a cell, organ, or a system must do its work, processing those nutrients similar to a small or big factory. Then it produces its output - the substances as needed and wastes. This is a transforming and dumping method. In this case, I called it a subway of inlet and outlet because it branches out from each building. These inlets or outlets are treated just like the routes, roads, streets, aves, blvds ... cells, organs, or systems I called them industries, factories, shops, companies, malls or stores ....
Each organ such as Liver, Heart, Spleen, Stomach, Lungs , Kidneys or intestines, I call them factories. Each factory has freeway or freeways connect to it " meridians ", and its submeridians or collaterals I called aves, blvds, streets, routes or road...
Our blood is formed maily from foods and liquids intake. Its form is a mixed form, in all combination of solid, liquid and in steam. In solid form, it is used to build structures and blocks. In liquid , for cleaning, flushing, flowing, moving, moisturizing and for exchanging and for combining. In steam, it does all works- the function ( of warming, activating, recharging energy, revitalizing ... )
Our pressure is created from our activities. The faster we move the faster the pressure moves- higher pressure. The stronger we move the stronger pressure is created. Higher pressure is created by using high compressor " strong and high power tools and they must be in action to create such high pressure.
In Traditional Chinese Medicine or Chinese Medicine , we see blood are forming from a complicate system which involves in Spleen-Stomach, Heart-Lung, Kidneys-Liver.
Stomach and Spleen are the receiving and processing foods and drinks including medicines and garbages. They produce non-color substance , called white-blood.
Kidneys and liver receive non-color blood from Spleen and Stomach which they will process to remove toxin , called " filtering ". They also mix all ingredients, substances together to manufacture special items or targeting items for special needs and they spread them all throughout the body.
Liver is the immediate receiver. It receives blood or nutrients from the Spleen and Stomach factories, it makes sure everything is made properly and delivered efficiently. Kidneys receive blood and other chemicals made from the Liver factory, they will keep , re-circulate , store or eliminate them as needed.
Heart and Lungs receiving non-color or dark-toxic blood and turn them into fresh red color. This is the functional blood for nourishing and maintaining....
