Cancer at Liver and Stomach

The modern Western medical system has applied many machines, devises and been best at operations and transplants. Still doctors did not classified the healthy level of blood pressures (BP) for the aged that everyone with BP above 145mmHg is prescribed with tablets taken for life (or until die) in order to low the BP: Thesedoctors’ excuse that it is the prevention for strokes!

Do you know that when you are normal your left and right arm has BP different after and before meal; and how much is the difference? Do you know that your BP left represents your stomach’s and your right does your liver’s? Do know that you can check your BP every time you feel the uncomfortable in your liver or stomach and then you can fix it? And, how? This article will give you with information to the how questions for you.

Just a reminder the below is the list of healthy standard BP for ages-Our 30 years of experienced treatments to many patients.

95-100/60-65mmHg, Pulse 60/minute: children( 5-12 years old)

100-110/60-65mmHg, Pulse 65 teenagers (13– 17 years old)

110-120/65-70mmHg, Pulse 65-70 adults (18-40 years old)

120-130/70-80mmHg, Pulse 70-75 middle ages (41-59 years old)

130-140/80-90mmHg, Pulse 70-80 seniors (60+ years old)

Not only taking BP for 2 arms, we also take BP in the feet for the legs’.

Isn’t it simple that anything changed in your BP compared to the above standard list is the problem to be taken care of? And again, how?

Another repeated info in the post “Beat your High Blood Pressure with Your Real Knowledge”-Systolic is the level of your oxygen’s strength in your BP while the Diastolic is the quantity of your blood (shortage or enough) and then the pulse (quick or slow) is your temperature (hot or cold) as well as the level of sugar (high or low) in your blood.

Left Arm BP: Taking BP before and after your meals to compare and find out if the stomach and pancreas do their tasks well or not.

Right Arm BP: Taking BP before and after your meals to compare and find out liver and gall bladder’s functions with problem or not.

1-The Proportional Relationship of Pulse and Temperature

In general, the pulse from 70 to 80 for all adults and old adults are considered good according to our years of experienced treatments and observation on many different cases.

For example, a man at normal health, runs for 0.5 hr, he feels warm and his temperature reaches 38 degrees C, his heart beats are quicker at 80: his pulse and temperature are all up together in proportional. At another time, after his shower, he feels cool at the temperature of 36.5 and his pulse is 70

The blood glucose levels from 6.0-8.00mmol/L are healthy: who has the lower (blood sugar) feels cool or cold, those who have higher feel hot.

2-Controll the BP by consuming the effective foods or medication and avoiding the harmful

Around 30 minutes before and after eating or taking any new medication, take BP in two arms. Compare the BPs: is it increasing or reducing the Systolic, diastolic and pulse? Again compare to the list of the healthy standard, and find ways to select the foods and medication for appropriate in take.

For example: eating 1 mango, drinking a can of Coke, consuming a Big-Mac …Take BP and found it increases 10mmHg. To the people with high BP, these foods are no good while the people with low BP get benefit of better BP.

Another example, a person takes the formula 1 in Oshawa diet (limited to the brown rice and salted roasted sesame seeds), drinks only green tea, eats soups of bitter melon … for a month. The BP taken indicates a lower BP. This kind of diet is good for the high BP people.

So, if you have high or low BP, do you know how to improve it? Just eat the foods supporting and make better your BP, right?

3-Monitor the Digestive system if it works or not
Hungry is the feeling when the liver gives signals for gall bladder release its liquid and acid to the stomach. When you take BP on your right arm-the liver, this BP is at its highest while the BP in the left arm is the lowest when the stomach is empty/no work.View again the above list of standard for the middle ages, to Systolic, the minimum is 120 and max is 130mmHg

There are 3 cases to watch how well the digestive system works

a- How quick the digestive system works

When the stomach is full, the BP in the left arm reaches its highest while the other side has its lowest: the difference of 10mmHg is the good average. After 4 hours, the food is gone well, liver has all its material and the system repeats its cycle.

If in the same time frame, the difference is around 5mmHg, the digestive system only reaches its half way: the food remains a half in the stomach and makes no hungry feeling. The remained food also brings up more acid (air) to the heart where its BP is higher. The delayed work of the foods in the stomach in the long run is the cause for stomach cancer: You touch the stomach and feel somewhere it is hard and shored.
Blood sugar is playing an important role too.

Some reasons for the digestive system could not work well are 1/. Over load of food (too much), 2/. The organ’s muscle needs energy (sugar) but the body does not have enough (blood sugar is very low) because the foods consumed was lack of sugar (people who eat diet foods).

b- Digestive system work is delayed
In this case, the stomach or liver are not working well together. For example, at empty stomach, left BP is still high and at full one, the right BP is high. The foods intake was under a longer process that the liver still work with the old food and the stomach was tired and stops when it has more food going in: the body would feel sleepy after meal. The liver in this case was ill and did not have enough blood or starting cirrhosis.

c- Unussual high BP right after eating:

Although taking tablets for high BP and diabetes, do not ignore taking BP before and after meals, the strange foods together with the body’s ilneeses can bring up the BP to a deadly level.

For example, the BP before lunch was normal but before the dinner the left BP was going up to 140mmHg: What does that mean to you? The stomach had problem with the lunch and could not digest the food for many hours and then that person was going to have the dinner. After the dinne, this person felt uncomfortable, abdominal painfull, tired, almost vomited, cold sweated ... s/he thought it was cold or flu symptoms. The BP was 160 at that time. That person took a rest and went to bed early. The next morning, that same person felt a bit OK, took the tablets again and then had breakfast, suddently died right at the kitchen table. Why? There were two causes: When the stomach was upset, the food continued going in and brought up the BP to the heart as 200mmHg; and, the tablets for diabetes were reducing the sugar in blood or restrained the liver and pancreas not provide much sugar/energy for the system and not work at its capacity for digesting the food

Suggestion: If you found the BP before meal is high, forget that food, give your tummy an opportunity to relax by having thin rice soup or similar soup, with sugar if the blood sugar not to high. There is also a traditional Chinese pills named Jian Pi Yang Wei (search internet to find the stores selling them): these pills supports the stomach and pancreas with warm ingredients (like putting more fire into the cooking process otherwise this food was uncooked/raw and can’t be digested) and reduce the air going up to harm the heart.

d- Recognize the early signs of cancer

The left BP (all systolic and diatolic) with problems are often low compared to the standard health list to the age while the pulse is very low or very high, and don’t change much before and after meals: the muscle of the stomach is not moving. What are the feelings with cancer’s signals? Because of the no-good digestion, these people don’t feel hungry and don’t like eating. The food was delayed in the system became rotten, condensed solid lumps: these lumps stayed longer, moved slowly and harm the stomach-Touch and feel the hard parts with pain in the stomach .

The right BPs are not changing before and after meals. The high Systolic shows the idle liver with cirrhosis or swollen: touch with light press and feel the hard parts with pain. In the opposite the low Systolic shows a shrink liver providing not enough blood for the heart and circulation.

Do you want to do something helpful before it’s too late?

Every day, do 300-600 Simple Exercise-Folding legs and Exhale with appropriate pressing toward the liver 30 minutes after meals: these movements brings more oxygen to blood stream, softening the liver and help the muscle of the stomach move with ease. If the diastolic is low compared to the healthy standard, take more nutrition foods in the soft or liquid forms: Increasing the healthy cells and eliminate the cancer cells. And, don’t forget to take BP whenever you feel the needs or any strange feeling in your body.

If you don’t have any problem with stomach or liver, will you do the Simple Exercise? Why not? Don’t you really want to prevent any problem to your digestive system?
